These API Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CompactPC Industrial PC Products API (the “API”) provided by DMP Electronics Inc. (“DMP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via https://www.compactpc.com.tw and third-party platforms such as RapidAPI.
The CompactPC API provides programmatic access to selected product, category, and company metadata related to CompactPC industrial computer products.
The API may be accessed via public HTTP endpoints or through third-party platforms such as RapidAPI.
Subject to these Terms, DMP grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API and the data returned (“API Data”).
The use of CompactPC public data by artificial intelligence systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, is governed by the CompactPC AI Data Policy.
This policy defines the official guidelines for how CompactPC data may be accessed, indexed, and used to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness in AI-generated content.

You agree that you will not misuse the API or API Data.
We may impose rate limits or quotas on API usage.
API Data is provided for reference and may change without notice.
All intellectual property rights in and to the API, API Data, and CompactPC brand remain the exclusive property of DMP Electronics Inc.
THE API AND API DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE API.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the API at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
